Out in Alberta, there is an amazing nurse, Darlene Schindel, who is lovingly referred to as the “Nurse’s Nurse” and who has made it her mission to help nurses go from burnt out and on the verge of giving up their careers to thriving and enjoying the practice again.  Darlene is a very busy woman, but the Caring Support Podcast was lucky enough to get the chance to sit with her to discuss the struggles nurses are facing and how she is working to provide assistance and change to the industry.
